SUMMARY:Simplified Workflow for Digital Dentures with Lyndon Cooper\, DDS\, PhD
DESCRIPTION:Tuition: $295\n7CE Credits \nCourse Objectives: \nDr. Cooper will present a workflow for predictable success with digital dentures based on a combination of proven techniques from both analogue and digital protocols. Topics to be discussed include impressions versus scans\, the use of photographs and videos\, bite rims versus digital set-up to establish tooth position\, establishing the proper vertical dimension\, centric relation bite records\, relining an old denture\, lab communication and much more. Participants will learn which steps are really necessary\, and why\, and how they can done digitally. A review of the options for both milled and printed dentures and the many options for materials. These concepts apply to full denture fabrication as well as try-in dentures to establish tooth position for All-on-X casework. Dr. Cooper has been passionate about this project\, working tirelessly with students for years to determine which steps are essential for success. \n  \nREGISTER HERE

SUMMARY:Advanced Problem Solving with Complex Cases- with Leonard Hess DDS\, PA
DESCRIPTION:Tuition: $295\nLecture: 7CE credits \nCourse Objectives: \nThis will be a one day version of the old Seminar Three course we used to take with Dr Dawson. Participants are encouraged to submit cases in advance to be discussed. FREE diagnostic wax-up will be provided for any cases submitted for this course. Topics will include a review of goals in treatment and then quickly into the most problematic type cases commonly faced by restorative dentists\, including many types of worn dentition\, Class 2\, Class 3\, and anterior open bite cases. This will be a great opportunity to study and learn with your technician team here at Bay View. \nFor more than 22 years Dr. Leonard Hess has been one of the leading dentists in Union County and the Charlotte metropolitan area.Utilizing cutting edge techniques and technology\, he provides exceptional general dental care\, advanced restorative dentistry\, dental implant services\, cosmetic dental treatments\, and TMJ therapy services.
